Ensure all devices have synced. Go to each Clover device and check the sync status. Unsynced transactions cause data discrepancies.
Incorrect timezone settings can shift transactions between days. Verify your timezone in Settings > Business Information.
Refunds and voided transactions affect totals. Check if recent adjustments are causing the discrepancy you're seeing.
Cross-reference different report types. Sometimes specific reports have bugs while others show correct data.
Download CSV exports and manually verify totals. This helps identify where the calculation error is occurring.
