Time clock errors mean inaccurate payroll, compliance issues, and upset employees. When punches don't record correctly, everyone suffers.
Ensure your Clover device has the correct time and timezone. Sync with network time in Settings.
Employees may be using incorrect PINs. Reset PINs in Dashboard > Employees if needed.
Check the time clock history to see if punches recorded but aren't displaying correctly.
For missed or incorrect punches, managers can manually add or edit time entries in the Dashboard.
Determine if the issue affects one employee or all employees to identify if it's a user or system problem.
