A broken Xero integration means manual data entry and reconciliation headaches. Your accounting workflow shouldn't require constant troubleshooting.
Integration tokens expire. Go to Apps > Xero and re-authorize the connection with your Xero credentials.
Ensure Clover sales categories are correctly mapped to Xero accounts. Missing mappings cause data to not sync.
Check if automatic syncing is enabled and when the last successful sync occurred.
Force a manual sync to identify if the issue is with scheduled syncs or the connection itself.
If the Xero app has bugs, contact the app developer through the Clover App Market listing.
