Closing your batch sends your day's transactions for settlement, getting money into your bank account. Here's how to do it properly and what to expect.
From the home screen, tap 'Transactions' to access your transaction history and batch options.
Look for 'Batch' or 'Settlement' tab. Some devices have a dedicated 'Close Batch' button on the main screen.
Before closing, review the batch total, transaction count, and breakdown. Verify these match your records.
Select 'Close Batch' or 'Settle Batch.' Confirm when prompted. The system will process the settlement.
After closing, print or save the batch report for your records. This shows all settled transactions.
