Ensure the printer cable is securely connected to both the printer and Clover device. Try unplugging and reconnecting.
Check that the printer power light is on. If not, check the power cable and outlet. Try a different outlet.
Open the printer cover and verify there's paper loaded correctly. The paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.
Power off the printer and Clover device. Wait 30 seconds, then turn on the printer first, then Clover.
Go to Settings > Printing > Select Printer. Ensure the correct printer is selected and test print.
