Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds until the screen goes black, then release. Wait 10 seconds and press the power button to restart.
Once restarted, go to Settings > About > System Updates to check if there's a pending update that may resolve the freezing issue.
Go to Settings > Apps > [Problematic App] > Storage > Clear Cache. Corrupted app data can cause freezing.
Navigate to Settings > Storage and delete unnecessary files or apps. Low storage can cause system freezes.
If freezing persists, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase All Data. Note: This will delete all local data.
