Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds until the screen goes black. Wait 10 seconds, then press power to restart.
If the Mini is hot to the touch, let it cool down for 10 minutes before restarting. Overheating causes freezing.
After restart, go to Settings > Apps > Clover and clear cache. Do the same for Register and any other frequently used apps.
Go to Settings > About > System Updates. Outdated software is a common cause of freezing issues.
If freezing persists, backup your data and perform a factory reset via Settings > Device > Factory Reset. This is a last resort.
