Go to Settings > Network and confirm you're connected to WiFi or have cellular data enabled.
Toggle WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on to force a fresh connection.
Power off your Clover Flex, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
Go to Settings > System > Reset > Reset Network Settings, then reconnect to your WiFi.
Visit status.clover.com to verify there's no outage preventing your device from connecting.
