When your Clover Go won't pair with your phone, you can't accept mobile payments. This is especially frustrating when you're trying to serve customers on the go. Let's fix this.
Go to your phone's Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it's turned on. Also ensure your phone is discoverable.
Turn off your Clover Go, then press and hold the power button until the LED flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
In your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget any existing Clover Go devices. Then try pairing fresh from the Clover Go app.
Ensure you have the latest version of the Clover Go app from the App Store or Google Play.
Power off both your Clover Go and your phone, then restart them and attempt pairing again.
