Locate the printer compartment on your Clover Mini and carefully open it. The release mechanism is usually on the side or back.
Gently pull out any visible jammed paper in the direction of the paper path. Avoid pulling against the feed direction to prevent damage.
Look for small torn pieces of paper that may be stuck in the printer mechanism. Use compressed air to remove debris if needed.
Insert a new roll of thermal receipt paper, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll and the shiny side faces up.
Close the compartment and print a test receipt from Settings > Hardware > Printer > Test Print to verify the jam is cleared.
